CHOCOLATE DRIZZLED FRUIT POPS

Beat the heat and eat a popsicle. Better yet, make a super fruity, chocolate drizzled popsicle! These treats are here to bring something a little extra to summer’s end.

To create, you will need:

Coconut Water: we love Vita Coco or something similar!

Fresh Fruit: we picked peaches, mango, blueberries, blackberries, and strawberries

Freeze Dried Strawberries: or favorite dried fruit!

Dried Coconut Flakes

Vanilla Candy Melts

Popsicle Sticks

Popsicle Tray

To start, slice and dice the fruit. Then add to the popsicle trays and insert the popsicles sticks.

Next up, add the coconut water (be careful not to overfill).

Time to freeze. Dependent on how ancient the freezer is, believe us when we say that freeze time will vary.

While the pops are freezing, prep the decorating station! Set parchment paper out on the counter or on a cookie sheet and melt the chocolate.

When the popsicles are nice and frozen, remove from the tray and set out on your work station. Now it’s time to get crafty! 

Drizzle the melted chocolate across the popsicles and sprinkle with dried fruit.

Finally, sit outside and enjoy this frozen treat.
